The objective of this research is to unveil the technologies used in Brazilian public websites, providing information to citizens. From the discovery of the technologies used by government websites, the illustrative graphics showed the main technologies used in a categorized way, explaining the data previously acquired. After analyzing 130 public sector websites with the support of the Builtwith tool, it was possible to identify the main programming languages, frameworks and web servers most used in Brazilian public websites. The results indicate that public websites still use many legacy technologies. However, the extracted data demonstrated many technologies, making it easier to explore these tools concisely and accurately. In view of this, several studies have dedicated themselves to demonstrating the effects of teaching programming logic on learning, when inserted in basic education. In view of this, this work carried out a systematic review on the effects of teaching programming logic on the learning of basic education students. For this, 23 articles published from 2006 to 2020 were selected from the Google Scholar and Periodical Capes databases. According to the articles analyzed, the insertion of programming logic teaching becomes an instrument that facilitates learning in basic education, transforming students who are consumers of innovation, into innovative creators. Promoting the development of the cognitive ability of children and adolescents, providing the improvement of various skills of students such as their ability to solve problems, their creativity, criticality, as well as their communication, facilitating the process of social inclusion of children and adolescents.
