The study used the field research technique, of an exploratory nature. The data collection procedures included the application of a semi-structured questionnaire and documental analysis of the lattes curriculum to 29 teachers from the IFPE-Campus Barreiros. In this investigation, it was found that universities still do not prepare (initial training) teachers for the use of TDIC. It was found that most teachers have limitations regarding the use of TDIC, in particular, the use of podcasts, educational software and social networks. Additionally, the professors recognize the importance of using TDIC, and claim to be available to carry out ongoing training courses. Wed, 15 Dec 2021 00:00:00 GMT https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/1290 2021-12-15T00:00:00Z https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/2321 A trajetória musical do quarteto de saxofones Ladário Teixeira: formação, repertório e atuação na era do rádio This study investigates the musical trajectory of the Ladário Teixeira Saxophone Quartet, an ensemble active in Pernambuco, Brazil, during the 1930s and 1940s, with the aim of understanding its instrumental formation, repertoire, and performance within the context of the Radio Era. The research is justified by the scarcity of studies dedicated to the group and by the need to expand knowledge about the history of the saxophone and musical practices in Pernambuco. Methodologically, this is a qualitative, exploratory, and historical-documentary study based on a literature review, documentary analysis, and semi-structured interviews. Historical newspapers, musical scores preserved in the collection of the Joaquim Nabuco Foundation, and testimonies from musicians and researchers familiar with the ensemble and its members were consulted. The results indicate that the quartet was composed of prominent saxophonists from the Pernambuco musical scene and maintained an intense artistic activity, particularly through its association with Rádio Clube de Pernambuco. The analysis of the sources also revealed the coexistence of works related to both popular and classical music within its repertoire, demonstrating the circulation between different musical practices during the period. It is concluded that the Ladário Teixeira Saxophone Quartet played a significant role in the dissemination of the saxophone and in Pernambuco’s musical life, contributing to the dialogue among repertoires, performance spaces, and forms of musical production. This study helps fill gaps in the historiography of Pernambuco music and points to possibilities for future investigations of similar instrumental ensembles. It analyzes how students in a latu sensu postgraduate program, in Linguagem e Práticas Sociais, produced examples of the SDA based on their reading of Scientific Articles (SA), investigating the mobilization of discursive strategies to achieve the dissemination of Scientific knowledge to a non-specialized audience. The theoretical basis is rooted in the studies of Socirethoric from Swales (1990), Silveira (2005), and Nunes (2020), with regard to the notion of communicative purpose, the rhetorical organization of the genre through the CARS (Create a Research Space) model, in line with the work of Bezerra (2022), concerning the understanding of genre as an analytical category with flexible and non-rigid boundaries. The methodology is based in a mix-methods approach (quantitative-qualitative), as described by Paiva (2019), in which the two research methods are combined to analyse 11 (eleven) examples of Scientific Dissemination Articles, produced as a final course assessment activity, resulting from an academic-pedagogical experience. The results demonstrate the extent to which students were able to mobilize strategies characteristic of SDAs, in order to translate the scientific discourse into an accessible and didactic text aimed at a non-specialized reader. This study analyzes the indebtedness of Brazilian families between 2020 and 2024, a period marked by the economic shock caused mainly by the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent recovery of the Brazilian economy. The objective of the study is to investigate the effects of the pandemic on household debt, using a regional, income, and debt-level breakdown of the Brazilian population. The approach involves using descriptive and qualitative research to analyze results and perceptions on the topic, with the support of public data from the Credit Information System (SCR) provided by the Central Bank of Brazil, to assess how the numbers reflect this issue. The results reinforced the hypothesis that debt is characterized by inequalities and that its impact is more severe on the most vulnerable segments of the population, since the North and Northeast regions of the country concentrate the highest levels of indebtedness and have experienced a stable increase in default rates for several years, reflecting the financial inability to meet obligations. By making this result explicit, the present study seeks to contribute to the understanding of indebtedness as a complex and unequal phenomenon, proposing reflections for the formulation of strategies and public policies regarding more inclusive and socially oriented financial education.
