<link>https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/2109</link>
This study analyzes female participation in Computing courses at the Federal&#13;
Education Network of Brazil, based on the microdata provided on the Nilo Peçanha&#13;
Platform from 2017 to 2023. The analysis was conducted in two stages. Initially, a&#13;
descriptive quantitative approach was adopted, using Power BI to examine the data&#13;
from all Computer Science courses in the Federal Network. Next, only the data from the Federal Institute of Pernambuco (IFPE) was considered, in order to conduct a&#13;
predictive analysis using Machine Learning techniques, with the aim of identifying&#13;
variables capable of predicting student dropout in the Computing courses of this&#13;
institution. The results indicate a continuous growth in female participation, reaching&#13;
37.64% at IFPE in 2023, a percentage higher than the national average. However,&#13;
dropout rates are critical among low-income and brown students. The Random Forest&#13;
algorithm showed the best performance in predicting dropout risk, with an accuracy of&#13;
70.32% and a recall of 84.67%. It is concluded that socioeconomic and racial factors&#13;
have a greater predictive weight on dropout rates than gender alone. Thus, retention&#13;
policies should prioritize social vulnerability, aiming to ensure the continued presence&#13;
of women in the field of Computing.

The present study aims to analyze internal marketing practices from the perspective of the faculty members at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pernambuco (IFPE) – Paulista Campus. It is based on the understanding that actions directed toward the internal public are essential for strengthening organizational culture and for building a more collaborative and efficient work environment. This is a case study with an exploratory and descriptive profile, using a quantitative approach, conducted through the application of a structured questionnaire to the institution's faculty members, aiming to identify and evaluate the internal marketing practices currently adopted in this institutional context.

<link>https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/2107</link>
With the advancement of Industry 4.0 and the growing use of the Internet of Things (IoT), there is an increasing need for more efficient, precise, and cost-effective decision-making processes. In this context, Digital Twins have emerged as a strategic technology by integrating data from physical and digital environments, enabling real-time simulations, predictions, and analyses. Despite their potential, the adoption of this technology still faces significant barriers, particularly related to costs, infrastructure, and the digital maturity of organizations. This study discusses the concept of Digital Twins and their applications in the supply chain, highlighting benefits such as operational visibility and advanced decision support, as well as the main challenges hindering their implementation. The research is theoretical in nature, employing an exploratory approach, and was developed through a structured bibliographic review using keyword-based searches in academic databases. It is concluded that, although Digital Twins present high potential to transform supply chain management, their adoption depends on structural investments and the development of technological competencies.

<link>https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/2105</link>
This article analyzes the outsourcing of administrative work in public health in the State of Pernambuco between the years 2020 and 2022, a period marked by the emergency demands resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective of the study is to understand the evolution and characteristics of the outsourcing of administrative activities within the scope of public health management. This is a qualitative, exploratory study based on the documentary analysis of administrative contracts signed by the Pernambuco State Health Department. The documents were collected from official databases, organized chronologically and analyzed according to object, duration, contracted companies and functions performed. The results show that outsourcing has become a strategy to ensure the continuity of administrative and support services, especially in areas such as reception, warehouse management, clerical work and administrative assistance. Contract extensions and amendments were also observed, indicating a dependence on this model and challenges related to supervision, transparency and working conditions. It is concluded that, although outsourcing has contributed to maintaining services in a&#13;
critical context, it also presents challenges for public management and for the social protection of workers.
