<description>Georreferenciamento e análise espacial dos casos notificados de HIV, AIDS em Arcoverde-PE nos diferentes contextos da pandemia de COVID-19
Introduction: The epidemiological scenario of HIV/AIDS demands surveillance strategies&#13;
that consider territorial complexity for the planning of effective public policies. Given the&#13;
potential changes in epidemiological patterns resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, this study&#13;
aimed to evaluate the spatial distribution of reported HIV/AIDS cases in the municipality of&#13;
Arcoverde-PE during the pre-pandemic (2018-2019), emergency pandemic (2020-2021), and&#13;
post-emergency (2022-2023) periods, correlating the notifications with the neighborhoods and&#13;
the location of the Centro de Testagem e Aconselhamento e Serviço de Atendimento&#13;
Especializado (CTA/SAE). Methods: This is an ecological, descriptive, and analytical study&#13;
with a quantitative approach, which utilized secondary data from the Sistema de Informação&#13;
de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN) and geoprocessing techniques in the QGIS software for&#13;
the creation of thematic maps. The final sample was census-based, consisting of 102&#13;
notifications that included the record of the neighborhood of residence. Results: A&#13;
predominance of the male sex was identified across all timeframes, representing 71.87% of&#13;
notifications in the pre-pandemic period, 78.94% in the emergency pandemic period, and&#13;
reaching 81.25% in the post-emergency period, showcasing a continuous trend of&#13;
masculinization. The 20 to 39 age group concentrated the highest proportion of cases,&#13;
accounting for 78.12% in the pre-pandemic period, 76.31% in the emergency pandemic&#13;
period, and decreasing to 53.12% in the post-emergency period. Spatially, it was found that&#13;
the distribution is not homogeneous, with 44.12% of the cases concentrated in the São&#13;
Cristóvão neighborhood and 10.78% in the Centro, where the specialized health service is&#13;
located. Contrary to the national outlook, the municipality recorded an increase in&#13;
notifications during the pandemic. Conclusion: The dynamics of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in&#13;
Arcoverde are influenced by social and territorial determinants that transcend physical&#13;
proximity to the health service, consolidating georeferencing as a fundamental strategic tool&#13;
for management, surveillance, and the planning of equitable actions within the municipal&#13;
territory.

<title>De hipaso de Metaponto a Eudoxo de Cnido: a história por trás da descoberta dos irracionais</title>
<link>https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/2243</link>
<description>De hipaso de Metaponto a Eudoxo de Cnido: a história por trás da descoberta dos irracionais
This study aims to analyze the historical, philosophical, and mathematical context of&#13;
the discovery of irrational magnitudes in Ancient Greece, highlighting the crisis&#13;
provoked by incommensurability and the contribution of Eudoxus of Cnidus’ theory of&#13;
proportions to the reconstruction of the foundations of Greek mathematics. To this end,&#13;
a qualitative research approach was conducted, based on a literature review of classic&#13;
works in the History of Mathematics and Mathematics Education, drawing primarily on&#13;
Boyer (1996), Eves (2004), Roque (2012), Miguel and Miorim (2019), D’Ambrosio&#13;
(2012), Pommer (2018), as well as studies related to Euclid's Elements. The&#13;
investigation discusses the Pythagorean conception of number and commensurability,&#13;
the discovery of the irrationality of the diagonal of a unit square, anthyphaeresis as a&#13;
method for identifying incommensurability, and the theory of proportions developed by&#13;
Eudoxus as a response to the problem of irrationals. As a main result, it was found that&#13;
the so-called Crisis of Incommensurables represented a major epistemological rupture&#13;
by exposing the limits of the Pythagorean paradigm and driving the development of&#13;
new conceptual frameworks for the treatment of magnitudes. Furthermore, the study&#13;
points to the History of Mathematics as a relevant pedagogical resource for teaching&#13;
irrational numbers, contributing to a more contextualized, investigative, and meaningful&#13;
approach to mathematics learning.

<description>Intervenções educacionais para capacitação da equipe de enfermagem no manejo da hemorragia pós-parto: revisão de escopo
Objective: To map the educational interventions described in the literature for training the&#13;
nursing team in the management of postpartum hemorrhage. Method: A scoping review&#13;
conducted in accordance with the methodology proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute. The&#13;
search was carried out in the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online,&#13;
Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Web of Science, Excerpta Medica&#13;
Database, Nursing Database, and Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature&#13;
databases. Studies involving nursing team professionals that addressed educational&#13;
interventions focused on postpartum hemorrhage management were included. Primary and&#13;
secondary studies were included, with no restrictions regarding language, methodological&#13;
design, or publication period. Data were analyzed using the data reduction method. Results:&#13;
Fifteen (15) studies published between 2010 and 2026 were included. Quasi-experimental&#13;
studies predominated, with the United States standing out. The educational interventions&#13;
identified were grouped into four categories: clinical simulation, educational technologies,&#13;
practical education, and low-cost simulators. The studies demonstrated improvements in&#13;
professionals’ knowledge, clinical skills, self-confidence, teamwork, and decision-making.&#13;
Conclusion: Educational interventions focused on postpartum hemorrhage management&#13;
proved relevant for strengthening the competencies of the nursing team, particularly strategies&#13;
based on clinical simulation and educational technologies. The findings may support the&#13;
planning of continuing education initiatives and contribute to improving the quality of&#13;
obstetric care.

<title>Percepção dos profissionais da atenção primária à Saúde sobre a utilização do programa Telenordeste</title>
<link>https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/2241</link>
<description>Percepção dos profissionais da atenção primária à Saúde sobre a utilização do programa Telenordeste
Introduction: The emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the virus responsible for&#13;
COVID-19, highlighted the need for social distancing and population isolation measures. As a&#13;
result, strategies such as Telehealth and Telemedicine began to be implemented. As an&#13;
extension of these initiatives, TeleNordeste was created, enabling matrix support through&#13;
Telemedicine for primary healthcare units by specialized professionals. This study aimed to&#13;
identify the perceptions of Primary Health Care professionals regarding the use of the&#13;
TeleNordeste Program. Methods: This is a descriptive, exploratory, cross-sectional study with&#13;
a qualitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire adapted from Alckmin&#13;
(2010) during scheduled visits to healthcare units using the TeleNordeste program. The data&#13;
were analyzed using the Content Analysis method proposed by Bardin (2016). Ten&#13;
participants were interviewed, and the results were organized into tables. Results: The&#13;
participants had a mean age of 46 years, with a predominance of females (80%). The&#13;
professionals' perceptions of the TeleNordeste Program were organized into coding units and&#13;
grouped into three analytical categories: I. Infrastructure and Training; II. Operational&#13;
Challenges; III. Impact and Reliability. Conclusion: Reduced waiting lists, expanded access&#13;
to scarce medical specialties in rural areas of the state, and reduced need for travel to urban&#13;
centers were identified as positive outcomes of the tool. Limited schedule flexibility and&#13;
restricted availability of consultations in certain specialties remain challenges to be addressed.
