This research aims to identify the management of the Management Plan of Burle&#13;
Marx's historic gardens that were characterized as historic gardens, located in the&#13;
city of Recife-PE. Qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approaches were made on&#13;
the implementation of the management plan in 2019, through document analysis and&#13;
observation at the Burle Marx Committee meetings (the meetings we have been able&#13;
to follow since 2013). The gardens are considered the artificial reproduction of a&#13;
vegetated environment, with architectural features linked to environmental and social&#13;
issues, from the designer's point of view. It evokes the man-nature relationship&#13;
attributing regional aspects. Among these, the historic gardens represent a&#13;
monument, something that reproduces history and art, represented through&#13;
architecture and vegetation. This is how the historic gardens of Burle Marx in Recife&#13;
are, of the fifteen designed gardens, six are listed by IPHAN and in this article will be&#13;
explored the relationship of the Management Plan prepared by the Burle Marx&#13;
Committee in the year 2020, with the sustainability and the Objectives of the&#13;
Sustainable development. It was observed that the management plan corroborates&#13;
the SDGs, in particular SDG 11 - sustainable cities and communities and SDG 17 -&#13;
partnerships and means of implementation, but also the general concept of&#13;
sustainable development, which can be incorporated into the development plan.&#13;
management specific goals and indicators. The urban cultural heritage that&#13;
represents the legacy of Burle Marx strengthens the identity of the city of Recife and&#13;
provides knowledge and well-being for future generations, praising the integration of&#13;
the concept of urban cultural heritage and sustainability along with its implications.

Todos os critérios ambientais utilizados se mostraram adequados para este tipo de &#13;
pesquisa, sendo o critério de drenagem o mais limitante. Esta pesquisa apresenta uma &#13;
valiosa contribuição acerca do uso de geotecnologias como auxílio à gestão de &#13;
resíduos orgânicos no estado de Pernambuco, sendo recomendada sua &#13;
replicabilidade para trabalhos futuros.

The National Solid Waste Policy (NSWP) provides targets for the elimination and &#13;
recovery of inappropriate waste deposits. However, after ten years of the legislation &#13;
in force, it is noticed that many municipalities still send their Municipal Solid Waste &#13;
(MSW) to dumps. Burning waste can generate the emission of particles and other &#13;
highly toxic atmospheric pollutants from the combustion of materials such as PVC &#13;
and plastics in general. The proper management of MSW contributes to the &#13;
implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 11 and 12 that help build &#13;
sustainable cities and responsible consumption and production. Given the above, this &#13;
research aimed to analyze the impacts of waste management and burning of the &#13;
dump in the city of Patos-PB. For the elaboration of this research, a Google Forms &#13;
form was used on the management of MSW and the problems caused by the city &#13;
dump, the form was sent through social networks and later the graphics and analysis &#13;
of the results were carried out. to highlight conclusions. Given the above, household &#13;
waste in Patos has mostly been destined for conventional collection, not taking into &#13;
account the reuse of recyclable materials, and theses waste collected are mostly &#13;
destined for the Dumps Dump, it is also highlighted that toxic substances are &#13;
released through burning at the dump, representing a threat to the population.

The growth in the number of desired homes, added to the lack of housing, generated&#13;
a red light of national proportion, encouraging the federal government to implement&#13;
the Minha Casa Minha Vida program in 2009, which, in 2020, was renamed the Casa&#13;
Verde e Amarela (PCVA) program. With the aim of mitigating the follow-ups that this&#13;
vertiginous growth can motivate. However, there is a mismatch between the transport&#13;
offer, the improvement of the road system and the growth of PCVA constructions,&#13;
showing that the housing deficit problem is directly linked to the poor quality of urban&#13;
mobility. This article aims to propose mobility criteria to assist designers and decision&#13;
makers in the analysis and evaluation of neighborhood impact studies (EIV) of PCVA&#13;
buildings. The urban space around two projects of the program was characterized&#13;
and the mobility criteria considered in the EIV and the impacts of the implantation in&#13;
the area were identified. Having verified the superficiality of the studies, at the end of&#13;
this work criteria are presented for analyzing the viability of the implementation of the&#13;
enterprise based on mobility issues in the EIV and it is suggested that such criteria&#13;
form part of the construction of a term of reference destined to guarantee an&#13;
application most efficient of this instrument. The results appreciated that the EIV is&#13;
unfavorable to Urban Mobility in Recife, since several criteria suffered from being met.&#13;
This time, it is understood that a close look at the mobility issues promoted by the EIV&#13;
facilitates inclusion and the right to the city and offers the opportunity to assess&#13;
whether or not the implementation of projects favors urban mobility.
