The actualy stock of spare parts has several items with non-regulated aftermarket models, high stock levels that do not guarantee meeting monthly demands, high storage costs and requests and many emergency purchase requests during the year increasing the risk of stock out. Initially, the data were collected from all seventeen thousand items registered in the system and 9981 stockable items were analyzed. These 9981 stockable items were reclassified according to their levels of criticality in criticals and non-criticals and were classified according to consumption in very low consumption, low consumption and high consumption materials for better prioritization, understanding and adequacy of stock levels with existing demands and regulation of working capital with the stocks. Each group was analyzed individually, and stock replacement strategies were assigned in accordance with the concepts of demand forecasting and classification of spare parts by type of demand that best suited the reality of the Company studied. Items that will continue to be stocked now follow a base stock policy with a parameter defined by the item's lead time or annual consumption demands. The objective was to map the organization's logistical processes and propose mechanisms for continuous improvement in their methodologies, having as premises the reduction of time between the closing of the commercial proposal with the customer and the delivery of the product, through purchases according to demand, reducing waste. The research consisted of mapping in detail the production input acquisition systems, from the semi-finished product to the final consumer, analyzing the processes and using SIPOC, a technique that allows a better visualization of the process steps by all people related to the organization, to propose solutions based on that. Through the study it was possible to notice that the company has difficulties related to the management of its processes. The results expected from the mapping and the proposed standardization of processes are directly linked to increased productivity, clarity of raw material acquisition processes, reduction of time in operations. In this sense, the design that characterizes this research is an exploratory and descriptive study, using the case study as a method. The methodological approach is qualitative, and for data collection, semi-structured interviews, document analysis and direct observation were used. 2020-12-18T00:00:00Z https://repositorio.ifpe.edu.br/xmlui/handle/123456789/569 Utilização de VANT para inspeção de patologias em fachadas: uma análise logística entre metodologias de inspeção This paper aims to present the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs) as an agile methodology for conducting pathology inspections on building facades. An explanation of the use of the UAV in the construction industry was presented and a time study, based on Lean thinking was performed to analyze the time of UAV use in the operation of capturing images of the pathologies in the facades and compared with the use of the UAV. Other equipment used for inspection (suspended scaffolding and suspended chair), with a focus on idle times that do not add value to the process. Noticed that UAV presented a saving of time about 1,127% (suspended swing) and 298,04% (suspended chair) less time than other methodologies. Through the percentages, it can be inferred that the use of UAV for mapping pathologies on facades is of great value when comparing time with other methodologies, and directly contributes to the planning phase of the repair measures to be taken. 2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
