This study aimed to identify whether the Pedagogical Course Projects (PPCs) of
higher education programs in Hospital Management Technology, offered by Federal
Institutes of Education, Science and Technology, meet the competencies demanded
by the public service sector. This is a documentary, qualitative, and descriptive
research, developed based on the analysis of two sets of documents: public service
examination notices at the municipal, state, and federal levels published between
2020 and 2025, and PPCs of technological courses in Hospital Management offered
by Federal Institutions. The comparative analysis revealed significant convergences
between the training competencies outlined in the PPCs and the competencies
required in public examinations, especially regarding the management of people,
processes, projects, materials, quality, and operational sectors of health services,
indicating an education aligned with the generalist profile required for public
administration. However, relevant gaps were identified in areas such as hospital
logistics, technological innovation, leadership, and socioemotional competencies—
dimensions that have gained prominence in a health scenario marked by rapid
transformations, increasing digitalization, and post-pandemic healthcare challenges.
The results also highlighted the essential role of practical activities—internships,
extension programs, integrative projects, case studies, and laboratory practices—as
structuring elements of technological education, promoting the development of
professional autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical understanding of the
health services network. It was also observed that the education offered by Federal
Institutes should consider territorial specificities, given that health is deeply
influenced by social determinants present in local, regional, and national realities;
thus, curricula sensitive to territorial demands become essential to prepare managers
capable of acting with technical relevance and social responsibility. It is concluded
that, although the analyzed PPCs present solid educational foundations consistent
with a significant portion of public sector demands, there is a need for continuous
updating, especially regarding the integration of emerging technologies,
strengthening of socioemotional competencies, and expansion of contextualized
professional practices. Such adjustments may contribute to training hospital
managers better prepared to address the contemporary challenges of Brazilian public
health

Análise documental de terceirização do trabalho administrativo na saúde pública de Pernambuco no período de (2020-2022)
This article analyzes the outsourcing of administrative work in public health in the State of Pernambuco between the years 2020 and 2022, a period marked by the emergency demands resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective of the study is to understand the evolution and characteristics of the outsourcing of administrative activities within the scope of public health management. This is a qualitative, exploratory study based on the documentary analysis of administrative contracts signed by the Pernambuco State Health Department. The documents were collected from official databases, organized chronologically and analyzed according to object, duration, contracted companies and functions performed. The results show that outsourcing has become a strategy to ensure the continuity of administrative and support services, especially in areas such as reception, warehouse management, clerical work and administrative assistance. Contract extensions and amendments were also observed, indicating a dependence on this model and challenges related to supervision, transparency and working conditions. It is concluded that, although outsourcing has contributed to maintaining services in a
critical context, it also presents challenges for public management and for the social protection of workers.

Riscos psicossociais no contexto do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos: uma análise documental de uma indústria da saúde

Riscos psicossociais no contexto do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos: uma análise documental de uma indústria da saúde
Recent changes to Regulatory Standard No. 1 have increased the centrality of mental health in Occupational Risk Management, requiring organizations to pay greater attention to psychosocial factors related to work. In this context, this study analyzes how such risks are addressed in the Risk Management Program (RMP) of a healthcare
industry. The objective was to critically examine the identification and classification of psychosocial risks present in the institution's RMP, considering their possible repercussions on the health and work performance of workers. The analysis focused on risks associated with work organization, cognitive demands, work pace, and socio-
professional relationships, considering the different Homogeneous Exposure Groups (HEGs). The results indicate that psychosocial risks can be preliminarily identified, predominantly through traditional risk matrices, resulting, for the most part, in moderate-level classifications. However, this categorization reveals methodological limitations. It is concluded that, although the PGR formally meets the regulatory requirements that come into effect in 2026, there is a need for technical improvement through the adoption of more specific and sensitive diagnostic tools capable of supporting effective organizational interventions aligned with the promotion of mental health at work.

Gestão da segurança da informação em ambientes hospitalares, desafios da lei geral da proteção de dados e estratégias de uma mitigação de riscos cibernéticos: uma revisão integrativa
The increasing digitalization of healthcare services has expanded the use of
information systems in hospital environments, making the protection of sensitive data
a strategic challenge for healthcare institutions. In this context, the General Data
Protection Law establishes guidelines for the processing of personal data and directly
impacts hospital management. This study aimed to analyze the challenges of
information security management in hospitals, considering legal requirements and
cyber risk mitigation strategies described in the scientific literature. This is an
integrative literature review conducted using studies published in the PubMed,
Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO, and LILACS databases, selected according to
previously defined criteria, resulting in a final sample of ten studies. The results
showed that hospitals are among the sectors most vulnerable to cyberattacks,
especially ransomware, and present weaknesses related to human factors, legacy
systems, and the incorporation of connected medical devices. It was also observed
that compliance with legal requirements occurs unevenly, particularly in public
institutions, due to structural, financial, and governance limitations. It is concluded
that the effectiveness of hospital information security depends on the integration of
legal compliance, information governance, technology, professional training, and
strategic management, with data protection being essential for the continuity of
healthcare services and patient safety
