Assistência estudantil no IFPE – Igarassu: análise e propostas para aprimorar o processo de acompanhamento. This study analyzes the Academic Retention Program at IFPE Igarassu Campus, focusing on the difficulties in monitoring student attendance and proposing management improvements. Using a qualitative approach and case study, interviews, observations, and institutional documents were used. The lack of a structured monitoring system was identified, hindering the analysis of attendance and performance. Using the 5 Whys and 5W2H tools, an action plan was proposed to centralize data, integrate departments, and qualify information. The expectation is to strengthen student retention and guide data-driven decisions.

Booked, a livraria virtual que conecta leitores a autores independentes: implementação do front-end mobile do aplicativo booked com react native This study aims to document the development of the mobile front-end of the Booked application, a platform designed to foster interaction between readers and independent authors in the digital environment. Considering the growth of literary content consumption on mobile devices and the expansion of online reading communities, the project proposed a technological solution that integrates reading, interaction, and visibility within a single environment. The development was carried out using React Native, TypeScript, and Expo, adopting a layered architecture with separation between interface, state management logic, services, and visual standardization. Global state management was implemented through the Context API, combined with a unidirectional data flow to ensure structural organization and predictability. UX/UI, usability, and accessibility principles were also applied. The process was guided by the Scrum framework, allowing the iterative and incremental evolution of functionalities. As a result, a functional mobile application was developed, featuring multiple screens, API integration, real-time communication, and a modular architecture aligned with best practices in mobile development.

Improov: uma ferramenta de auxílio no processo de ensino autodidata - registro de software, desenvolvimento e implantação. This report aims to describe the software development and registration process for the Improov application, which was created using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and integration with the Github API, as a prerequisite for obtaining a degree in Internet Systems Technology. During the course, we developed a project aimed at assisting the self-directed learning of beginner students in the technology field through a gamified platform. During development, we contributed to several stages of the process, such as: target audience analysis and research, prototyping, layout and source code development, and software deployment on a cloud platform service.

Improov: uma ferramenta de auxílio no processo de aprendizagem autodidata - registro de software e design. This report describes the process of creating a software tool designed to support and motivate new developers to expand their knowledge and qualify for a job in the technology information sector. To achieve this objective, the Design Thinking methodology was adopted to favor an user-centered approach, allowing a thorough analysis of the needs and difficulties of the target audience. During the development, agile methodologies such as Kanban and Feature Driven Development (FDD) were employed to plan and implement functionality in incremental cycles. As a result, an MVP (minimum viable product) was developed, offering an intuitive interface, gamification mechanisms and support for self-directed learning strategies. The tool was validated through semiannual tests and continuous adjustments to optimize application according to user expectations.
