Intervenções educacionais para capacitação da equipe de enfermagem no manejo da hemorragia pós-parto: revisão de escopo
Objective: To map the educational interventions described in the literature for training the
nursing team in the management of postpartum hemorrhage. Method: A scoping review
conducted in accordance with the methodology proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute. The
search was carried out in the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online,
Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Web of Science, Excerpta Medica
Database, Nursing Database, and Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature
databases. Studies involving nursing team professionals that addressed educational
interventions focused on postpartum hemorrhage management were included. Primary and
secondary studies were included, with no restrictions regarding language, methodological
design, or publication period. Data were analyzed using the data reduction method. Results:
Fifteen (15) studies published between 2010 and 2026 were included. Quasi-experimental
studies predominated, with the United States standing out. The educational interventions
identified were grouped into four categories: clinical simulation, educational technologies,
practical education, and low-cost simulators. The studies demonstrated improvements in
professionals’ knowledge, clinical skills, self-confidence, teamwork, and decision-making.
Conclusion: Educational interventions focused on postpartum hemorrhage management
proved relevant for strengthening the competencies of the nursing team, particularly strategies
based on clinical simulation and educational technologies. The findings may support the
planning of continuing education initiatives and contribute to improving the quality of
obstetric care.

Percepção dos profissionais da atenção primária à Saúde sobre a utilização do programa Telenordeste
Introduction: The emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the virus responsible for
COVID-19, highlighted the need for social distancing and population isolation measures. As a
result, strategies such as Telehealth and Telemedicine began to be implemented. As an
extension of these initiatives, TeleNordeste was created, enabling matrix support through
Telemedicine for primary healthcare units by specialized professionals. This study aimed to
identify the perceptions of Primary Health Care professionals regarding the use of the
TeleNordeste Program. Methods: This is a descriptive, exploratory, cross-sectional study with
a qualitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire adapted from Alckmin
(2010) during scheduled visits to healthcare units using the TeleNordeste program. The data
were analyzed using the Content Analysis method proposed by Bardin (2016). Ten
participants were interviewed, and the results were organized into tables. Results: The
participants had a mean age of 46 years, with a predominance of females (80%). The
professionals' perceptions of the TeleNordeste Program were organized into coding units and
grouped into three analytical categories: I. Infrastructure and Training; II. Operational
Challenges; III. Impact and Reliability. Conclusion: Reduced waiting lists, expanded access
to scarce medical specialties in rural areas of the state, and reduced need for travel to urban
centers were identified as positive outcomes of the tool. Limited schedule flexibility and
restricted availability of consultations in certain specialties remain challenges to be addressed.

A metodologia de jogos nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem de matemática: uma atualização das vertentes da pesquisa brasileira através dos anais do XIV e XV ENEM
This study aims to update the panorama of Brazilian research on the methodology of
games in Mathematics teaching and learning processes. Aligning with a previous study that mapped the proceedings of the National Meeting of Mathematics
Education (ENEM) from its 1st edition (1987) up to its 13th edition (2019), the
present work focuses on the analysis of the proceedings of the XIV (2022) and XV
(2025) ENEM. The objective is to identify the advances or maintenance of the most
recent trends and approaches in research concerning the use of games as a didactic
tool in Mathematics Education in Brazil. The adopted methodology follows a
qualitative approach, replicating the criteria for searching papers in the "oral
communication," "scientific," or "sub-axis" modalities that contain the words "jogo,"
"jogos," "jogar," or "jogando" (game, games, to play, playing) in their titles. This
analysis is expected to provide an expanded and contemporary view on the inclusion
and discussion of games in pedagogical practices and academic investigations in the
field, contributing to the understanding of the evolutions and challenges faced by
mathematics researchers and educators. In conclusion, the number of papers in
recent editions has decreased, even though they still indicate quality in the
methodology of using games as a tool for teaching and learning mathematics.

Barreiras ao acesso aos serviços de saúde mental na atenção primária à saúde em contextos rurais: revisão integrativa da literatura
Mental health is an essential component of human well-being, influenced by social,
cultural, and economic factors, particularly in rural contexts. Despite the strategic role
of Primary Health Care (PHC) as the main entry point for care, access to mental health
services among rural populations remains limited. This study aimed to identify barriers
to accessing mental health services in PHC among rural populations. This is an
integrative literature review conducted based on the methodological framework of
Souza, Silva, and Carvalho and guided by PRISMA recommendations. The literature
search was performed in LILACS, MEDLINE/PubMed, Web of Science, PsycINFO,
and Scopus databases, including studies published between 2021 and 2025. A total
of 10 studies were included in the final sample. Findings indicate that access is
influenced by interconnected sociocultural, structural, and individual barriers. The main
barriers identified include stigma associated with mental illness, fear of social
judgment, concerns about confidentiality, cultural and religious beliefs, gender norms,
social vulnerabilities, and low perceived need for care. These factors contribute to
delayed or absent utilization of services, exacerbating mental health inequalities. It is
concluded that strengthening PHC strategies focused on health education, stigma
reduction, confidentiality assurance, and culturally sensitive approaches is essential to
expand access and promote equity in mental health care for rural populations.
