Introduction: Nursing professionals are exposed to several risk factors for mental
illness related to work overload, workplace violence, high demands and pressures,
as well as inadequate organizational, structural, and working conditions. Objective:
To identify common mental disorders among nursing professionals during the
performance of their work activities. Methodology: An integrative literature review
was conducted using national and international databases accessed through the
CAPES Periodicals Portal. After applying predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,
18 articles were selected. Data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s Thematic
Analysis. Results: The selected studies revealed the presence of common mental
disorders among nursing professionals, such as anxiety, depression, Burnout
syndrome, and suicidal ideation. These conditions were associated with workplace
violence, occupational stress, exhausting work schedules, and multiple employment
relationships, highlighting a context of occupational vulnerability. Final
considerations: Mental illness among nursing professionals is a multifactorial
phenomenon with repercussions that extend beyond the individual dimension. It has
a direct impact on professionals’ quality of life and negatively affects their work
performance, significantly compromising the quality of care and patient safety. The
findings reinforce the need for continuous and multidimensional strategies for the
promotion and protection of mental health, aligned with occupational realities and
worker health policies.

Influência dos conteúdos pró-anorexia disseminados pelas mídias sociais no desenvolvimento de comportamentos da anorexia nervosa: uma revisão integrativa
Social media (SM) users are exposed daily to various types of content, including
materials that portray a thin body as a symbol of success and encourage
calorie-deficit diets and excessive physical exercise. Such exposure may contribute
to the development of behaviors characteristic of anorexia nervosa (AN). This study
aimed to analyze the influence of pro-anorexia content disseminated on social media
on the development of behaviors characteristic of anorexia nervosa. This integrative
literature review was conducted through the CAPES Journal Portal using the Medline
and PubMed databases. The search employed the descriptors “Social Media,”
“Anorexia Nervosa,” and “Behavior,” selecting articles published between 2020 and
2024. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 studies comprised the
final sample. The results indicated that frequent exposure to pro-anorexia content is
associated with increased body dissatisfaction, heightened restrictive eating
practices, and the adoption of compulsive or purging behaviors. It was observed that
digital platform algorithms intensify the circulation of such material, reinforcing
extreme thinness ideals and promoting cycles of social comparison, self-criticism,
and low self-esteem. The study concludes that pro-anorexia content represents an
important risk factor for the emergence of anorexia nervosa behaviors, emphasizing
the need for educational interventions, media literacy, and prevention strategies
aimed at promoting healthy use of social networks.
Keywords: Anorexia nervosa; Social media. Pro-anorexia content. Eating behavior.
Body image.

Educação em saúde como estratégia para prevenção da transmissão vertical da sífilis: revisão integrativa
To analyze, through an integrative literature review, the impact of health
education on the prevention of vertical transmission of syphilis. Methods: The
research was conducted between September 2024 and April 2025 in databases such
as LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE, and Coleciona SUS, using controlled descriptors in
Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Eleven articles published between 2020 and 2025
were selected. Results: The findings were organized according to the main issues
identified: lack of information about vertical transmission of syphilis, difficulty in early
diagnosis and treatment of pregnant women and their partners, socioeconomic
vulnerability of pregnant women, and absence of educational actions during prenatal
care. It was observed that lack of knowledge about the disease, low adherence to
treatment, and nonparticipation of partners hinder the control of congenital syphilis.
Conclusion: Health education is a fundamental tool for reducing the vertical
transmission of syphilis, especially when promoted during prenatal care by primary
health care professionals, with emphasis on the role of nursing. It is essential to
develop public policies that encourage educational practices, enhance the
qualification of health teams, and integrate preventive, educational, and care actions.
Such measures are crucial for protecting maternal and child health and for reducing
disease rates.

Análise metodológica da precisão e confiabilidade de conteúdo no Youtube: Manobra de Heimlich em lactentes
The present study aimed to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the contents
available on YouTube on the Heimlich maneuver in infants, from DISCERN and
Global Quality Score (GQS) scales. This is a cross-sectional observational study with
a qualitative approach. The initial search identified 895 videos, of which 241 were
eligible and included in the analysis. The results indicated that most of the contents
presented clarity in the objectives (81.33%) and impartiality (85.48%). However, the
lack of references (90.46%) and the update date (97.93%) compromised the
reliability of the materials. According to DISCERN's global quality assessment,
46.06% of the videos presented only minimal failures, while GQS classified 43.98%
as excellent. Although there are quality videos, the lack of scientific foundation,
methodological transparency and updating limits credibility and can affect the security
of information transmitted to the public. It is concluded that YouTube, although it is an
accessible and relevant resource for the dissemination of health information, needs
greater quality control and strategies to ensure more reliable content.
